Once the order has been completed, the ordered software and the licenses will be delivered to you. This process usually takes less than 5 minutes. However, a processing time of up to twelve hours may also occur. The software licenses will be delivered by e-mail to your e-mail address, which you have specified when ordering. You can download the software itself on the respective product page.
Yes, orders are processed at weekend and the licenses are delivered as soon as a payment has been confirmed.
When you place an order on your account, you have a payment term of 10 days. For all other payment methods, you will be redirected to the respective payment provider at the end of the purchase order to make the money transfer.
Yes, you can get a volume discount if you order at least 10 licenses of a software. Ask us about the contact form for a discount. Please enter the desired number of licenses.
