ERROR 11 when Updating Forum

ERROR 11 when Updating
Just updated to 2.5.1 an got an error 11 incomplete, is this a bug? Has it updated correctly? Anyone know what the error is?
I just updated my second PC and this time got Error 2 Incomplete. However both PC"s seem to be working fine, may be they are not. What we need is just a list of the Error codes and what they mean to make sure.
